My turnaround time for portrait galleries is typically 2 weeks during non-peak season. Sept-Nov could experience 3 week completion times. Please plan accordingly if you need to order gifts or prints.
06. I'M EXCITED TO SEE MY IMAGES! WHEN CAN I EXPECT THEM?
If you decide to cancel or reschedule your session outside of illness or emergency, you will be subjected to a $35 rescheduling fee.
05. What’s your cancellation/ rescheduling policy?
Living in Wisconsin, we can experience unpredictable weather (and many seasons in one day!). Please do not panic if you see rain forecasted days in advance. I monitor the weather on an hourly basis 24 hours prior to your session. If it is a close call, we will not cancel until 3-4 hours before your session.
04. What happens if the forecasted weather is bad?
Your session time is estimate base on the history of the sunset in previous years. It may be subject to a minimal adjustment by 15-30 minutes. You will be notified ahead of time of any requested changes.
03. will my session time ever change?
As session retainer/deposit is due at the time of booking. Your session balance is due in full the day of your session. Payment is accepted through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Check or Cash. Please see your invoice for instruction on using these forms of payment before messaging to ask.
02. when are session fees due?
Most of the locations I use are private locations. This is to ensure the public areas are not crowded at the time of your session and also keep the locations exclusive to Sabrina Childers photography. At booking, you will designate a TYPE of location that you are interested in. The specific location and address will be sent to you 1 week prior to your session.
